Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the remainder of your paid period. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or using it in any business context. Kaine does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the licenses of underlying AI models and third-party services.
The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to: Stripe (payments), Meta/Facebook (ads), Google (analytics), Twilio (SMS), and various AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or behavior.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Kaine and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
